By accessing or using DNYKart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential.
DNYKart is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, product descriptions, pricing and the quality of the goods they sell. DNYKart facilitates the transaction and customer support.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are set by sellers and may change. We may cancel an order because of stock issues, pricing errors, or if our fraud checks cannot verify the order; in such cases any amount already paid is refunded.
Payments are handled through secure payment partners and may be made by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or Cash on Delivery, where available. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
Delivery timelines shown are estimates and depend on the destination and courier partner. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Eligible items can be returned within the period shown on the product page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Some categories are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
All DNYKart branding, content and software are owned by DNYKart or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNYKart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always applies.
